PG Law cannot provide legal advice or issue a legal opinion without formal retention. Until PG Law is formally retained, no action will be taken on your behalf. NEW CLIENTS: An initial 30-minute consultation is complimentary and may include a high-level review of your relevant documents. Additional consultation time is available at a rate of $150 per hour. This hourly fee applies only to consultations and does not cover any legal services or work performed. RETURNING CLIENTS: There is no charge for consultations regarding new matters. However, a minimum charge of $150 may apply to calls seeking legal advice. PG Law may, at its discretion, waive this fee for very brief questions. Please be aware that there may be critical deadlines affecting your legal claims. Failure to meet these deadlines could result in the loss of your legal rights or the dismissal of your case. It is essential that you act promptly and ensure that all necessary actions are taken within the required timeframes. You are responsible for keeping track of and adhering to these deadlines.
